APPOINTMENT ORDER
Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement, pursuant to the authority vested in the President of the Movement, and in consideration of the interests of the Movement,
It is hereby ordered as follows:
Mrs. Aya Al-Abbar, a Syrian national, born in Daraya in 1997, is hereby appointed as Director of the Family Affairs Office of the Syrian Future Movement for a term of five months, effective from the date of issuance of this Order, renewable as required by the interests of the Movement.
She shall be entrusted with the following duties:
- To supervise and organize the affairs of the Family Affairs Office, establish its organizational and administrative structure, oversee its activities and programs, and activate its role in accordance with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and its humanitarian and developmental vision.
- To conduct the necessary consultations among the members of the Family Affairs Office for the selection of a Deputy Director of the Office, in coordination with the Presidency Office, and to submit the appropriate recommendations for approval in accordance with the established procedures.
- To establish the Office’s departments and committees gradually, as required by the needs and interests of the Movement, while keeping the Presidency Office informed, preparing an initial operational plan for the Office, supervising its implementation, submitting weekly and monthly reports, and presenting recommendations and proposals concerning the Office’s work to the Presidency Office.
- To maintain continuous coordination with the Presidency Office, remain informed of developments, activities, and programs relevant to the Office’s work, promote the role of the family, support women’s and children’s issues, strengthen family cohesion and social solidarity, contribute to addressing the social and psychological impacts of conflicts and wars, and enhance cooperation and integration among the Movement’s principal offices.
- To comply with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and with all policies, directives, and decisions issued by the Presidency Office and the Executive Committee.
- This Order shall be communicated to all concerned parties for implementation.
