It is the body responsible for family, women’s, and children’s affairs, and for strengthening the family’s role in building society and consolidating the values of stability, solidarity, and social cohesion, in line with the Syrian Future Movement’s vision of building a balanced society capable of facing social and developmental challenges.
The Family Office’s tasks include:
– Developing policies, programs, and initiatives related to family affairs.
– Strengthening the role of the family as the fundamental unit of society.
– Supporting women’s issues and empowering them to participate effectively in public life and community development.
– Addressing children’s issues, defending their rights, and working to protect them and develop their capabilities.
– Promoting a culture of family cohesion, positive parenting, and shared responsibility within the family.
– Organizing awareness and educational programs related to family and social life.
– Contributing to reducing family problems and their social impact.
– Supporting affected and vulnerable families in coordination with relevant entities within and outside the movement.
– Preparing studies and research related to the reality of families, their needs, and their challenges.
– Organizing seminars, workshops, and specialized meetings on family, women’s, and children’s issues. – Promoting a culture of protecting children and women from all forms of violence, exploitation, and neglect.
– Contributing to building partnerships with institutions and organizations working in the family and social fields.
– Developing community initiatives aimed at strengthening social solidarity and mutual support.
– Training specialized personnel in the fields of family counseling and social awareness.
– Monitoring priority family issues and submitting recommendations and proposals regarding them.
– Contributing to instilling the values of citizenship, ethics, and social responsibility within the family.
The role of the Family Office is manifested through the activities of the office director and staff in developing family and community programs and initiatives, organizing awareness campaigns and educational meetings, conducting specialized studies and research, and communicating with families and civil society organizations. This contributes to strengthening family stability, protecting women and children, and consolidating social cohesion, in line with the movement’s humanitarian and developmental vision.
In addition, it contributes to addressing the social and psychological effects of conflicts and wars on Syrian families.
