Born in Damascus in 1981, he is a Syrian researcher, political thinker, and academic with American citizenship. He was one of the first to confront the sectarian tyranny project in Syria since the outbreak of the revolution in 2011.
He has made extensive contributions to political reform and runs several educational and charitable initiatives within Syria.
He has served as the president of the Syrian Future Movement since its founding in 2012. This peaceful, civil Syrian political movement, officially registered in the United States, strives to build a civil, democratic Syrian state based on freedom, citizenship, and social justice.
