Syrian Future Movement At the beginning of the Hijri year 1447, we congratulate the great Syrian people on the arrival of a new year, renewing hope and filled with determination and will, as previous years were loaded with wishes for relief for Syria, but this year we wish it to be the year of “Tamam al-Faraj”, the year of crossing from tribulation to statehood, and from pain to construction.
Syrian Future Movement This year, the Syrian people and I have begun to write a new page in Syria’s history with our own hands, turning the page on tyranny and starting to build a just civil state based on citizenship, dignity and the rule of law. This transformation is not only the end of an era, but the beginning of an era in which rights are protected and institutions are built based on participation, not exclusion, and on transparency, not corruption.
Syrian Future Movement While sharing this honorable occasion with Syrians, it emphasizes that the new Hijri year should be a time to renew the covenant with the homeland, and a year in which we elevate the value of national dialogue, lay the foundations of transitional justice, and build bridges of trust between all the people of Syria.
A new Hijri year, but this time it carries the message of an undefeated land, an invincible people, and a homeland that deserves to be built as befits its history.
