Medical Office

The Medical Office:

This is the body responsible for health and medical affairs within the Syrian Future Movement. It comprises a number of physicians and healthcare professionals who are members and collaborators of the Movement. The Medical Office works to contribute to raising health awareness, promoting preventative healthcare, and providing expert opinions and scientific advice on health issues relevant to Syrian society, in line with the Movement’s humanitarian and developmental vision.

The Medical Office’s responsibilities include:

– Spreading health awareness and preventative education among members of the community.

– Preparing educational materials related to public health, common diseases, and methods of prevention.

– Providing expert opinions and scientific advice on health issues of concern to the Movement and the community.

– Preparing studies, papers, and reports related to health and medical matters.

– Contributing to awareness campaigns on first aid and community safety.

– Supporting health and awareness initiatives that align with the Movement’s goals and resources.

– Promoting awareness of mental health and the importance of psychological and social care.

– Contributing to awareness campaigns on the health of families, children, women, and the elderly.

– Monitoring health issues and challenges facing Syrian society and identifying the most pressing public health needs and risks. – Preparing recommendations and proposals related to priority health issues and submitting them to the relevant authorities within the movement.

– Proposing and preparing health-related statements, positions, and clarifications concerning events and developments of concern to the community.

– Contributing to community awareness during epidemics, disasters, health crises, and humanitarian emergencies.

– Monitoring international health days and events and preparing related awareness materials to serve the needs of Syrian society.

– Contributing to the development of awareness campaigns related to chronic and communicable diseases, mental health, and family health.

– Monitoring health problems arising from conflicts, wars, displacement, and poverty, and preparing reports and recommendations regarding them.

– Building a network of communication and cooperation among medical and health professionals affiliated with or cooperating with the movement.

– Organizing seminars, meetings, and educational workshops of a health and medical nature.

– Participating in humanitarian and relief activities and initiatives with a health dimension, according to available resources.

– Providing knowledge-based and advisory support to other offices regarding health and medical matters. – Contributing to the development of general visions and recommendations regarding the improvement of the health sector in Syria and its future.

The Medical Office’s role is manifested through the activities of its director and staff, including the preparation of awareness materials and health studies, the organization of medical seminars and meetings, the launch of educational initiatives and campaigns, the preparation of health recommendations and statements, participation in community and humanitarian activities, and the provision of scientific advice on health issues. This contributes to raising health awareness and serving the community within available resources, in line with the vision and humanitarian and national goals of the Syrian Future Movement.

The Medical Office serves as the Syrian Future Movement’s health advisory body and a conduit for connecting medical expertise with the needs of the community through awareness campaigns, monitoring, recommendations, and initiatives within available resources.
