A delegation from the Syrian Future Movement, represented by its Popular Base Office and Family Office, participated in the celebration organized by the “Roots” Association on Thursday evening, August 27, 2026, at the Susit Restaurant in Damascus’s Umayyad Garden. The event, titled “A Dream’s Tale,” was held under the patronage of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor.
The celebration brought together a distinguished group of community and economic figures, as well as representatives from civil society, in a unique social atmosphere reflecting the spirit of solidarity and cooperation among the various components of Syrian society.
The event included welcoming remarks and cultural and artistic performances, through which attendees expressed the importance of supporting economic and social projects that contribute to strengthening citizens’ resilience and improving their living conditions, especially during the transitional phase that Syria is undergoing.
Participants emphasized the role of community and investment initiatives in supporting the recovery and reconstruction process, and the importance of concerted efforts by the government, the private sector, and civil society to achieve sustainable development.
Representing the Syrian Future Movement at the event were Mr. Haidar al-Hammadi, Director of the Popular Base Office, and Ms. Aya al-Abbar, Director of the Family Office. In their presence, they emphasized the importance of supporting economic and social projects that promote stability and create job opportunities, noting that the Movement prioritizes economic and social development in its national vision for building a new Syria.
The Syrian Future Movement’s participation in this event reflects its commitment to engaging in various social and economic activities that contribute to fostering a culture of work, production, and cooperation among all citizens.
