Training topics include:
- Theoretical framework
- Non-verbal behaviors of the feet
- Non-verbal behaviors of the torso, hips, chest, and shoulders
- Non-verbal behaviors of the arms and hands
- Head and facial expressions
- The language of touch and spatial territory
- Negotiation and meeting postures
- Significance of handshakes
