Make yourselves true bridges for rich cultural communication, and introduce the world to the bounty our land abounds in, the blessings our fields bestow, the castles that narrate our ancestors’ tales, the palaces that tell of the world’s greatest rulers, the leading hospitals, the immortal universities, the expansive mosques, and the diverse churches and temples.
Do not forget to build bridges of friendship and cooperation wherever you are, for through you, the world gets to know our country, and sees our humanity and civilization.
Know that each of you is like a seed of goodness sown in distant lands, so plant it with your good manners, proper conduct, and interactions.
