- Exclude and prevent the army, armed forces, and security agencies from any future political practices. They should not assume power or hold any political positions. We reject their involvement in any political competition or national entitlements, and we oppose any political exploitation of intelligence against other political forces.
- The role of the military institution is solely to defend the state and its sovereignty from any external aggression, limiting its role to protecting national borders and maintaining national security. They may also be requested to participate in humanitarian operations and emergency relief during disasters.
- We reject deploying the military against any peaceful and civil popular movement. We do not accept their deployment in provinces, cities, or villages without a temporary and specific parliamentary mandate.
