Vision and approach
The founders of Syrian Future Movement are primarily concerned with restoring a strong, free and advanced Syria, recovering from what happened to it at the hands of the tyrannical tyrannical authority in every aspect by re-educating the good and reformed citizen in work, science, matter, spirit, spirit, culture and belief, and on the values of the divine religions, human rights, respect for pluralism and the balance between rights and duties in all sectors.
The founders seek to enable the country to fulfill its leadership and pioneering role in the local, Arab, Islamic and humanitarian environment away from the axial tensions and odious regional agreements that led Syria into the tunnel of isolation from the Arab world and the whole world, and to revive the bright image of the Syrian people in sound coexistence and clean charitable giving from all spectrums without discrimination, and to focus on freeing the national destination from political and sectarian dependence, and commitment to Arab and religious interests in general and international charters and mutual respect without compromise that call for peace and respect for people and not harming their privacy.
The founders believe that change and reform are two inseparable goals for the goal of progress in all national matters, and that this cannot be done by a single party, group, current, group or council alone, but by all national forces through cooperation, complementarity, parity and fair competition without exclusion, exclusion, superiority, dominance or intellectual, material or moral oppression.
The founders seek to build a virtuous, unified and strong society in which justice and equality prevail among all its members, and in which people of all races, colors and nationalities live in a spirit of cooperation without conflicts, each with rights and duties as well as each other.
The founders are keen to benefit from the experiences of others. “Wisdom is the wayfarer of the believer,” and it is not the monopoly of any nation or generation.
Program
The founders believe that man is made up of two elements: One does not exist without the other, and that the nation has two wings: Science, thought, reason, faith and values, and the wing of strength, material, labor, will and law, all of which are an inevitable necessity for change, reform and desired progress, as the Almighty says: “For each there are degrees of what they have done.” Wisdom says: All citizens are God’s creations, and the best creation to God is the one who does the best work.
The founders intended to establish a modern, progressive, democratic, civil state that does not deny or exclude religions, and does not exceed human values within the framework of the choice of the ruler and people’s representatives, national constants and strategies, and the adoption of a policy of bringing interests and preventing evils and dangers that preserves the Syrian national identity and the five necessities of religion, money, mind, offspring and soul, and achieves needs and improvements through a program of priorities.
The founders believe in working with others on commonalities and shared visions.
The founders seek to hold seminars and meetings of interest to every citizen to converge views on crucial and relevant issues.
Foundations and premises
The divine religions are a major source of legislation for all citizens, with priority given to Islamic legislation, to which the vast majority belong.
The people are the first source of all powers and have the sole right to make choices.
Democracy is a means to achieve the people’s goal of freedom, justice, progress and stability.
Change and reform are twin goals to reach a new, free, independent and developing nation.
Freedom, justice and equality is a triangle with equal sides and complementary angles, and it is the wall of the homeland that protects it from its enemies at home and abroad.
The homeland and the citizen are two parallel straight lines, one does not overshadow the other, but rather supports and strengthens it.
The right of the homeland: To preserve its unity, independence, development and every atom of its soil, and to recover what has been usurped from it.
The right of a citizen: Ownership, a decent life, honest work, and freedom that does not infringe on the freedom of others.
The right of politics: The public administration of the state is far from the means justified by the end, rejecting deception, hypocrisy and deception, and armed with transparency, cleanliness, carrying the trust and performing its right in the best way to safeguard the homeland and citizens.
The right of the family: Care, nurturing, sufficiency, sponsorship, and housing with security everywhere.
The right of non-Muslims: Recourse to their religions in matters of belief, worship, and family personal status.
Equality in human value is an Islamic value, and the diversity of people into peoples and tribes is meant for acquaintance and cooperation, not conflict and rivalry.
National requirement: Respect for constitutional legitimacy, governmental administrations and institutions, and established laws.
Change, reform and development: It is enforced through the constitution and agreed upon laws.
Dialogue: Dialogue is the way to achieve national reconciliation and its compass is mutual trust, argument and proof.
Consensus or unanimity: A fundamental pillar of the political system and constitutional legitimacy.
Efficiency, experience, scientific eligibility and a good resume: There is no place for favoritism, kinship, factionalism, sectarianism, or corruption.
Objectives
Achieving political change and reform in the social, educational, scientific, economic, administrative, planning, functional, tactical, military and judicial spheres.
Launching public freedoms (circulation of power – parties – associations – civic institutions – unions – syndicates – groups – ………).
Focusing on morals and values in the life of the individual, family, and society, which are established by all divine religions and agreed upon by human society.
Establishing a state of institutions based on the rule of law.
Revive the national economy by creating balanced, comprehensive and sustainable development programs.
Ensuring a decent life without discrimination for all citizens, and providing basic services and necessities (food, clothing, housing, health, education, transportation, recreation, parks – ……).
Paying attention to science, education, research, strategic studies, and intellectual, cultural and social centers.
Prioritize the youth sector in direct action to solve their issues, develop their energies, employ them, and involve them in managing the affairs of the state.
Preserving the identity and belonging of the Syrian citizen by preserving his freedom and dignity and realizing his requirements to be productive, positive, and committed to the causes of his homeland.
The languages of all peoples and all minorities are considered official languages in their majority areas in addition to the majority language (Arabic), the language of the mother tongue of the state.
National and national security is not a slogan to be exploited in favor of a sect, faction or bloc, but a reality for the benefit of the country and its citizens in the face of regional and international alliances.
Security, honesty, and faith are three elements that complement each other. There is no security without honesty, no honesty without faith, and when there is no faith, there is no honesty, and when there is no honesty, there is no security, and so on.
Caring for the safety of the environment because its safety leads to the safety of citizens’ lives, economy, health, resources, the beauty of life around them, and attracting tourists to their country.
State
The state is our first goal, and it is what we seek to realize its pillars and bases, including:
Free choice and accountability of officials.
Guaranteeing the independence of the judiciary so that officials cannot interfere in its affairs.
Separation of powers and linking them in order to realize the complementarity of their roles, functions and performance.
The state is the agent of the people, not the principal or substitute, in its defense, security, foreign affairs, planning, programming, governing, legislating, implementing, adjudicating, and defining what is the province of the public and private sectors, all based on a policy of public interest with incentives and rewards.
The state is responsible for public facilities and infrastructure, their management and construction, crisis response and resolution, and guidance to the public and private sectors for development and to meet growing necessities.
The state is a civil administration that is neutral to the intellectual and political currents in society.
The state and the nature of the political system
The state has a president who governs it and does not control it. He is the representative of the people, and his presidency is for two terms of no more than four years each.
The state has a prime minister and ministers who exercise executive power.
The state has a Speaker of the House of Representatives and deputies who hold the legislative power.
The state has a Supreme Judicial Council, which exercises judicial power.
The state has a Supreme Supervisory Council, which holds the supervisory authority.
The state has a Supreme Religious Council that handles religious affairs.
The state has a supreme advisory Council of Elders, which has no authority over the previous authorities.
The executive branch is accountable to the legislative branch, and the President of the Republic is the link between these two branches, the judiciary is the arbiter of the authorities and citizens, and oversight is the follow-up, evaluation, evaluation, and guidance of the previous authorities.
Authoritarianism is the source of all corruption and the cause of all backwardness, and fighting it is a religious, moral and national duty.
Characteristics of the state
It is a republic based on the principle of citizenship for all citizens with equal rights and duties.
It is a republic based on a constitution with a plurality of powers and the rule of law (presidential, legislative, executive, judicial, regulatory and religious).
It is a republic based on an independent judiciary to preserve rights and establish justice for stability, security and safety, with a special budget and independent expenditures.
It is a democratic republic with all its institutions, bodies and curricula. Its democracy has modern religious, value, humanitarian and national educational values that regulate the behavior of the ruler and the ruled in the conduct of public affairs and define the basic rules on which the state system and its constitution are based, and it accepts the benefit of the countries of the world in what its democracy has achieved in order to seek the best, most efficient and safest for the nation.
It is a civilian republic, not a military coup and security dictatorship, and not a religious one based on the rule of so-called clerics through a crescent moon or a cross in the name of the greatest God. There is no holiness for the words of human beings after the prophets and messengers, no return to the pharaohs, hamans and qawarin, and no basis for the establishment of the modern civil state except through the people choosing their authorities and institutions through elections and free voting.
The Supreme Constitutional Court and the Supreme Council for General Fatwa supervised by the Supreme Constitutional Court and the Supreme Council for General Fatwa are the established reference points for the state and its followers in colleges and fundamentals but not in branches, especially for the vast majority of Muslims.
Political Fundamentals
Freedom is a fundamental pillar of citizens within the national laws.
Equality and equal opportunities are necessary to achieve justice and development without any difference between males and females.
Political pluralism is the basis for the stability of national political action.
Partnership between state agencies and grassroots organizations is imperative for the stability of the political system.
Neutrality in the public watchdog is essential for reform and change in the administrative apparatus.
Judicial justice is the valve of security, safety, faith and truth for the homeland and citizens.
The local government of the governorates is decentralized and the governor is appointed by free election, as is the governorate council.
Freedom of circulation of administrative data, decisions and information in a manner that does not conflict with national security.
Focus on accountability and accountability to combat corruption and create appropriate mechanisms.
Free and fair elections are the best way to express the will of the people and require several criteria to ensure integrity, including the stages of nomination, voting, counting, and announcing the results, with the knowledge and supervision of the judicial authority and the approval of the Supreme Audit Council.
Foundations and Principles of National Security
National security begins with preserving territorial integrity and liberating occupied land and ends with defending the entire country and its citizens and securing its borders.
Adopting the principle of dialogue as a basic principle of understanding and cooperation with others, and avoiding the method of marginalization, exclusion and betrayal.
National security can only be achieved through the unity of the Arab and Islamic nation, because the security of the center of the circle depends on the security of its periphery, and achieving this requires a study according to the free will of the people.
The goal of national security is to preserve the Syrian Arab Republic’s territory, people, political system, national interests and values, unity, civilizational identity, and contact with civilizations.
It aims to maintain population distribution by distributing development projects to minimize the migration of rural and peripheral areas to the capital and other cities.
Its goal is to modernize, develop and build the comprehensive power of the state in all political, economic, military, cultural, cultural, social, medical, service and other aspects.
Its goal is to utilize human, natural and industrial capabilities to protect national interests and strengthen complementary relations with Arab and Islamic countries to balance dependence on major Western and industrialized powers.
International Basic Principles
Peaceful relations with all countries and peoples of the world and the bodies, institutions and agreements of the international system with respect, cooperation and equality in order to affirm human brotherhood and civilizational integration.
To ensure that there is no aggression, interference in national affairs and the imposition of political, economic and cultural hegemony under the pretext of defending human rights.
Work to reform the United Nations to fulfill the principles for which it was established and to reform the Security Council, especially with regard to the right of veto, which confiscates the democracy of the UN General Assembly, and to be truly representative of continents and civilizations.
The movement believes that many of the agreements and treaties in various fields concluded between the countries of the world should be reviewed and read in order to be acceptable to the people on the basis of justice and the realization of common interests.
National Security Policy and Foreign Relations
Achieving internal cohesion to face external and internal challenges by establishing the principle of citizenship in its best form through reform and change measures.
Taking the necessary means to preserve the citizen’s right to the water resources of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers; establishing an integrated relationship with Turkey, with closer ties, removing obstacles and resolving differences for good-neighborly regional security; paying attention to technical, technological and strategic industrial development as a base for various industries and solar energy to meet various needs; paying attention to the armed forces, both human and weapons, to establish a national defense army and work on its rehabilitation to take its desired role in protection, deterrence and liberation of occupied lands that depend on it and national foreign policy side by side; and making efforts to reach a Palestinian state as a capital.

National Unity and Religious Affairs
It has an essential primary role in building human beings in general, and the Syrian personality in particular, as it is an effective influencer in correcting public behavior to achieve common humanitarian and national principles, goals and interests.
It is the ancient and modern engine for addressing the spiritual and material aspects that positive laws are unable to solve in times of peace and war.
It is the source of the verbal call for freedom, justice, equality, and human and national brotherhood.
It is the source of human and national education on the values of solidarity, interdependence, cooperation, love for others, and altruism, and it is the owner of pushing the children of mankind to seek knowledge and knowledge in the direction of good and reformed work and sustainable goodness.
It raises the banner of freedom of belief, freedom of opinion, and freedom of thought within the circle of respect and respect for reason and the limits of the etiquette of disagreement
It is the basis for treating others of different nationalities, races, and languages with righteousness and justice in order to preserve human dignity and preserve the unity of the nation
Based on all this, it is the responsibility of the state to develop the necessary policies to achieve the purposes of religions in general and Islamic law in particular, on which the belief of the popular majority in Syria is based, and on which the ancient civilizations of the nation are based, including the establishment of institutions, bodies and associations capable of achieving all of this in the individual, family, society and state in an integrated framework within the civil and religious educational administrations in a coordinated and sequential manner.
We believe that the role of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments is significant in developing religious and humanitarian educational curricula based on Syria’s civilizational originality and moderate, tolerant and coexistent intellectual education throughout its long history for its cohesive people, interconnected by authentic values and customs, with the assistance of a higher body of religious scholars from different religions and sects whose task is to support the ministry with expert committees in religious and civil affairs as a reference for consultation away from political, security and even executive influences to achieve sound programming and planning designed to raise good, reformed citizens.
Places of worship are one of the components of Syrian society and have an important role in serving national causes through their spiritual status to reach the goal of reform, change and construction for the future Syria by supporting national moral, humanitarian, religious and cultural values in the face of deliberate assimilation and intellectual invasion aimed at weakening the citizen’s relationship with the motherland through multiple channels of media and communication and weakening the relationship between followers of divine religions and religious sects, in addition to weakening the relationship between followers of divine religions and religious sects.
Houses of worship should strengthen the spirit of national unity, represented by strengthening civil society organizations and institutions that are concerned with vulnerable social groups away from personal interests or extremist religious, sectarian, or extremist sectarian paths.
Foundations of development
General development
The movement seeks to build a righteous, reformed and useful citizen and provide him with basic necessities, basic needs and important requirements through:
Develop a national plan for sustainable integrated development.
Attract people with knowledge, expertise, competencies and financial capabilities from inside and outside the country to implement development programs, noting the creation of the necessary climate and laws to preserve them and their performance and wealth in the public and private interest of all.
Establishing vital specialized national projects through prioritization.
Re-reading the file of Syria’s looted wealth, including money, construction land, agricultural land, and various ores (petroleum and others).
Holding educational and awareness-raising courses to build good human beings, scientifically, culturally and morally, and develop their mental, psychological and physical skills and abilities, so that they can fulfill the duty of building the earth as God intended.
Human development in the fields of education and scientific research
This can be done by moving towards reforming and developing education at all stages with regard to religion, the homeland and the nation, especially the formation of generations in a way that strengthens their religious guidance, their belonging to and loyalty to the homeland, and deepens their Arab identity and pronunciation of the classical Arabic language, which leads them to intellectual, cultural and social unity that keeps them from being lost in the midst of unknown globalization and leads them to a sense of humanity along with a sense of nationalism.
The movement believes that a good and reformed citizen realizes the aspirations and needs of the country, the nation and humanity towards progress and development with a connection to originality and preservation of personal identity, based on the words of the Pakistani poet Iqbal, “Whoever neglects his own self is the first to perish: Whoever neglects his own self is the first to perish, and whoever imitates the life of strangers will never see his own personality.
The movement believes that education is a citizen’s right and a duty guaranteed by the state for all, which meets the various talents, demands and scientific and mental abilities while providing its requirements and needs from one end of the country to the other.
The movement believes that science, education and mastery of Arabic are the three sides of the educational triangle, using modern curricula and methods to achieve this, while paying attention to other minority languages as additional languages to Arabic.
A balance between types and specializations of education, between quality and quantity, and between the needs of the nation and the requirements of development is essential for integrated development.
Developing curricula and qualifying professors, teachers, mentors, administrators, and servants to be good role models is a must, because what is missing is not given, and they must be given their right to material and honor.
The founders believe that paying attention to the English foreign language in education opens the door to seek knowledge at higher levels and scientific specializations, which is one of the country’s needs to complete its requirements in various fields.
The general elements necessary to expand education qualitatively, quantitatively, qualitatively, qualitatively, and geographically to keep pace with scientific-technical progress must be taken into account.

It is necessary to achieve relative stability in educational policy to keep pace with the progress of other countries, whether at the kindergarten, pre-university, university and post-university levels (higher education), as well as scientific research, preparing researchers and opening research and study centers.
It is imperative to develop study programs, examination systems, teaching staff and administrations, and revive various student activities to form an integrated national character.
There must be an annual evaluation of the educational process from within and outside the organization to see if the desired goals have been achieved.
It is necessary to focus on scientific research, set priorities, develop strategies, and support foreign missions in the field of specializations in developed countries.
It is imperative to publish journals and books to disseminate research and studies, establish diverse and expanded libraries, open global scientific networks by subscribing to international websites, and find ways to support all of this.
Health and Pharmaceutical Development

It is imperative to focus on raising the efficiency of doctors in their various specialties as well as nurses, improving their living conditions, and providing intensive care equipped emergency ambulance transportation, including cars, airplanes, and others.
It is necessary to talk at length about medicine in terms of its availability, price, quality, and related matters, which are essential to complete health development.
Urban development
This includes, first and foremost, restoring what was destroyed and sabotaged by the former authority in cities, villages and infrastructure, accompanied by the start of urban and housing planning and infrastructure in general, as well as attention to the geographical redistribution of the population in proportion to the quantity and quality of human resources and national security requirements by attracting people, competencies and abilities to the less dense and more resourceful governorates.
Urban development is accompanied by the development of roads, transportation, communications, public services, and tourism.
Productive development
It includes achieving a balance between different sectors and multiple productive projects, including agriculture, industry, livestock production, energy, mining, petroleum and gas resources, water resources, marine resources, and advanced irrigation methods, all of which are accompanied by encouraging programmed and fortified internal and external investment.

and those who have been affected by bombing or destruction in some way by providing them with specialized health care so that the community can benefit from them.
