Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement, the authority vested in the President of the Movement, and the requirements of the public interest,
It is hereby resolved as follows:
Mr. Jumaa Mohammad Laheeb, a Syrian national, born in Ma’arrat al-Numan, Idlib, 1986, is hereby appointed as Director of the Scientific Office of the Syrian Future Movement for a term of five (5) months, effective from the date of issuance of this Order, renewable as required by the interests of the Movement.
He shall be entrusted with the following duties:
- He shall supervise and organize the affairs of the Scientific Office, develop its organizational and administrative structure, oversee its activities and programs, and enhance the Office’s role in accordance with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and its scientific and developmental vision.
- He shall conduct the necessary consultations among the members of the Scientific Office to nominate a Deputy Director of the Office, in coordination with the Presidency Office, and submit the appropriate recommendations for approval in accordance with the established procedures.
- He shall oversee the divisions of the Scientific Office and recommend the appointment of their directors, when necessary, including the Research and Studies Department, the Capacity Building and Self-Development Department, and Tawad Educational Schools, while keeping the Presidency Office informed and submitting weekly and monthly reports, together with recommendations and proposals concerning the Office’s work.
- He shall maintain continuous coordination with the Presidency Office, remain informed of developments, activities, and programs related to the Office’s responsibilities, promote scientific research, strengthen capacity-building initiatives, develop professional competencies, and advance educational and training programs in a manner that enhances cooperation and integration among the Movement’s principal offices.
- He shall comply with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and with all policies, directives, and decisions issued by the Presidency Office and the Executive Committee.
This Order shall be communicated to all concerned for implementation.
