Appointment Order Director of the Legal Office

Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement, pursuant to the authority vested in the Office of the Presidency, and in consideration of the interests of the Movement.

It is hereby ordered as follows:

Mr. Ali Yahya Al-Burdaqani, Attorney at Law, a Syrian national, born in Muadamiyat al-Sham in 1993, is hereby appointed as Director of the Legal Affairs Office of the Syrian Future Movement for a period of five (5) months commencing from the date of issuance of this Order, renewable as required by the interests of the Movement.

The appointee shall undertake the following duties:

1. To supervise and manage the affairs of the Legal Affairs Office, establish its organizational and administrative structure, oversee its activities, and activate its role in accordance with the Bylaws and the overall vision of the Syrian Future Movement.
2. To conduct the necessary consultations among the members of the Legal Affairs Office for the selection of an Assistant Director, in coordination with the Office of the Presidency, and submit the appropriate recommendations for approval in accordance with established procedures.
3. To establish the divisions and committees of the Legal Affairs Office progressively, in accordance with operational needs and organizational interests, while keeping the Office of the Presidency informed of such developments.
4. To prepare an initial work plan for the Legal Affairs Office, supervise its implementation, and submit weekly and monthly reports, recommendations, and proposals concerning the work of the Office to the Office of the Presidency.
5. To maintain continuous coordination with the Office of the Presidency and keep it informed of developments, activities, and programs related to the Legal Affairs Office, in order to promote integration and cooperation among the principal offices of the Movement.
6. To comply with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and with all policies, directives, and decisions issued by the Office of the Presidency and the Executive Committee.

This Order shall be communicated to all concerned parties for implementation.
