Providing potable water is a primary necessity, and it is among the best and most virtuous deeds.
Offering water is an ongoing charity, filled with abundant goodness and blessings, especially if it’s life-saving and protects against diseases
Because our people in Syria suffer from providing drinkable water, and it has become a significant burden for them to provide pure water suitable for drinking, the Syrian Future Movement has responded to our people’s needs. They launched advocacy campaigns for their new project “Suqiya Tawad,” by drilling groundwater wells in hard-to-reach areas that desperately need potable water for human consumption, drinking, cooking, and the like.
This project aims to drill wells, equip them with submersibles, a solar-powered operating system, construct reservoirs to collect water, and also purchase water tanks to continuously transport water to those in need, especially in the camps.
