The head of the Syrian Future Movement, Dr. Zaher Badrani, offered his condolences in the city of Ad-Dumayr, 45 km from Damascus. The city lost five of its finest sons, memorizers of the Holy Quran, in a horrific and tragic traffic accident on the Aleppo road while transporting books and copies of the Quran from Idlib.
The head of the movement delivered a speech in which he stated that the people of Ad-Dumayr are the people of the Quran, and that there is hardly a home there that does not contain one or more memorizers of the Holy Quran. He offered his condolences for their souls and prayed for the recovery of the injured. He also offered his condolences to Sheikh Al-Mari Muhammad Diab on the death of his son-in-law, his daughter’s husband, along with them.
Members of the Syrian Future Movement, including Juma Muhammad Lahib, Nidal Bitar, and Basil Qabbani, also participated in the funeral. A delegation from the Syrian Future Movement, headed by Bashir Sinjar Al-Sheikh, also participated in the funeral.
