  1. Religious legislation is a historical stage rooted in the structure and entity of the Syrian state, so it must be considered and considered in our time, as long as the need arises.
  2. We consider religious legislation to be a source of legal legislation and a fundamental right.
  3. A civil law emanating from the people of the country is a civilized condition through which the clash between sectarian and religious pluralism can be disentangled on the one hand and the application of religious legislation through peaceful means on the other.
  4. National interest does not conflict with religious purposes, and (if it does) it is an illusory conflict, due to not reaching the right national interest, or not choosing the right religious legislation.
  5. Disengagement on the legislative side is important and necessary to withdraw the narrative of violent organizations and fortify the country for the present and future.
