  • We want the country to have a real parliament, an independent parliament, which is responsible for drawing up legal legislation (as a binding shura) and is elected in a free and transparent manner within mechanisms that are carefully studied.
  • We believe that one of the most important pillars of the new political system is building a strong and independent judicial system that promotes the rule of law and protects individual rights and freedoms through the establishment of a higher judicial council that assumes the judicial authority, interacts with the legislative and executive authorities and serves as a link between them, provided that it is not subject to internal or external dictates or security pressures that derail it from its proper content.
  • We believe that it is necessary to establish a higher oversight and accounting body or council to oversee and monitor the various public and private sectors in the country.
