The Syrian Future Movement extends its warmest congratulations to our friends in the Syrian Democratic Platform, the “Building a Democratic Syria Party,” on the occasion of their Third General Conference, held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, which resulted in the election of a new party leadership.
The head of the Syrian Future Movement, Dr. Zaher Badran, participated in the conference at the kind invitation of the party leadership. During the preliminary session preceding the election, he delivered a speech on behalf of the Syrian Future Movement, expressing the movement’s appreciation for the national role played by the Building a Democratic Syria Party and emphasizing the importance of strengthening joint action among national democratic forces to achieve the Syrian people’s aspirations for freedom, dignity, and democracy.
While congratulating the newly elected party leadership, the Syrian Future Movement affirms the importance of continued dialogue and coordination among national democratic forces and reiterates its commitment to joint action to build the future of Syria: a civil, democratic, and pluralistic state that guarantees the rights and freedoms of all its citizens without discrimination.
