Podcast of SFM (56): Progressivism from the SFM’s Perspective

  1. Progressivism is about preventing the exploitation of humans and stopping them from being treated as commodities to be bought and sold under any circumstances or names.
  2. We do not see progressivism as opposed to faith. We see the establishment of human authority and the elevation of human centrality as fulfilling God’s will in His sovereignty.
  3. We view progressivism as a universal human concept, not limited to one gender, ethnicity, or civilization. It is a true expression of the entirety of human heritage in its current becoming and future evolution, aiming for development towards perfection, goodness, justice, beauty, and truth.
  4. We do not see progressivism as a dissolution or emancipation from religious, social, or cultural constraints, nor from the positive legacies of nations. Instead, we see it as framing and supporting their continuity within a logical framework that ensures balance according to the varying patterns of societies.
