Issuing certificates of completion for attendance at the training: Communication Skills

The Syrian Future Movement, in cooperation with NERD CENTER, issued certificates to participants who completed the “Effective Communication Skills” training. This session was held at the center’s headquarters on 2025-05-02, lasting from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and was supervised by professional trainers.

The training was part of the Syrian Future Movement’s Scientific Office’s plan to support and empower Syrian youth by equipping them with essential skills for self-expression, understanding others, and building positive and impactful relationships in various social and professional environments.

The training covered the following topics:

  • Introduction to communication skills: types of communication and the difference between communication and contact.
  • Body language and non-verbal communication: reading signals, and effectively using facial expressions and tone of voice.
  • The art of active listening: empathetic listening, asking questions, and avoiding interruptions.
  • Clear expression of ideas and feelings: using appropriate words, controlling tone of voice, and communicating with confidence.
  • Group communication: the basics and skills of teamwork and interaction within teams.

The training also included interactive activities and practical exercises under the supervision of experienced specialized trainers. At the end, accredited attendance certificates were distributed to participants.

The Scientific Office in the Syrian Future Movement continues its efforts to organize specialized training programs aimed at developing life and professional skills in youth, fostering practical and theoretical qualification, and ultimately enabling them to build successful professional and social futures.
