On this day in 2012: Damascus Countryside witnessed demonstrations in the cities and towns of Douma, Al-Kiswah, Qatana (Martyr Hossam Al-Mutairi Square), Sbeineh, Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, Qudsaya, Qarah, and others, in addition to a student demonstration in Douma. Meanwhile, female students at Al-Tal Girls’ High School raised the revolution flag on the school building.
