From the memory of the Syrian revolution: 07/02/2012

On this day in 2012: Damascus Countryside witnessed demonstrations under the slogan “Tuesday of Rage Against Russia,” covering the cities and towns of Douma, Zamalka, Yabroud, Sayeda Zainab, Al-Thiabiyah, Babila, Al-Muqayliba, and Al-Hamah. The people of Douma erected a model of the Homs Clock in the protest square, while demonstrations in Al-Hamah were held under the slogan “Evening of Loyalty to Martyr Iyad Al-Baba,” who was killed by one of the regime’s checkpoints the previous day, and his body was withheld.
