Podcast Syrian Future Movement (51): Military, Police, Security and Intelligence Services from the Current’s Perspective (5)

  1. We see the jurisdiction of military courts for military personnel only, and limit it to violations of the military system, with the authority of civilian courts for cases of corruption, labor, and the like, which affects the prestige of the state.
  2. The salaries of officers and soldiers should be among the highest salaries in Syria, with health insurance for them, and adequate care for the families of martyrs and the injured.
  3. We call for the creation and empowerment of social ties between the military and security establishment on the one hand and the Syrian people on the other (later), and not to allow the creation of a rift or severing the link under any pretext whatsoever.
  4. We believe that membership and promotion in the military and security establishment is based solely on merit, without restriction of gender, religion, ethnicity or nationality.
