On this day in 2012: The organization “Human Rights Watch” accused the Syrian regime of using incendiary weapons containing substances such as white phosphorus and napalm in Daraya and Babbila in the Damascus countryside, Maarrat al-Nu’man in Idlib, and Al-Qusayr in Homs.
