- We reject projects that may undermine the permanence of the relationship between Syria and its Arab neighborhood, and that Syria’s position as a bridge to threaten or escalate the security of its surroundings or neighboring countries.
- The spread and extension of the Syrian people with the tribal and tribal peoples of Arab countries is a factor of strength and Arab embrace for us, and a cause of stability and richness for the Arab space as a whole.
- The security of Arab countries and their peoples is Syria’s security, and any threat to it will not be isolated from Syria.
- The Arab space imposes common rights and duties, and the strengthening of Arab trust goes through the consolidation of Arab identity.
