a meeting of dignitaries from Hauran to discuss ways to stop kidnappings in Daraa

The Syrian Future Movement supports the meeting of dignitaries and sheikhs from Hauran, held on Thursday, October 31st, in the village of “Mankat al-Hatab” in northern rural Daraa, to discuss ways to release Sheikh Nawaf Hussein al-Na’amat and reject kidnappings in the province.

The Syrian Future Movement condemns the kidnappings occurring in Daraa and all Syrian provinces.

The Syrian Future Movement holds the Syrian regime responsible for its failure to prevent kidnappings.

The Syrian Future Movement views the regime’s failure to control areas under its influence as proof of its inability to govern Syria in the coming phase and emphasizes the necessity of transitioning towards building a true national state that protects its people and citizens.

The Syrian Future Movement considers supporting kidnapping gangs a political crime and stresses the need to hold accountable those who support them, viewing them as shielded by unruly security forces under the authority of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
