1- We aim for a state of institutions, not a hybrid, fragmented, or incomplete state

5- Sustainable stability in Syria through institutionalization, and the concept of the “state” should not be associated with an inspirational leader or a single party.

6. Empowering the public’s right to access political information and monitoring
