From the memory of the Syrian revolution: 02/09/2015

On this day in 2015: Two massacres in Douma and Madaya. Syrian regime forces carried out airstrikes and launched surface-to-surface missiles on several areas in Eastern Ghouta, rural Damascus, resulting in the deaths of 12 people in Douma, according to the “Douma Coordination Committee,” 5 people in the towns of Saqba and Jisreen, 3 people in the town of Hamouriyah, and 2 people in the town of Zibdeen, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
