1- The establishment of the republican state must be based on the principle of full citizenship,
through the enjoyment of equal rights and duties by all.
-2 A constitution based on the multiplicity of powers, (presidential – legislative –
executive – judicial – regulatory – religious), and the rule of law is considered
a backbone, if it is free from bends, the state is straightened and strengthened

-3 The role of an independent judiciary to preserve rights and consolidate justice, and it is necessary
to allocate a special budget for it to prevent it from being exploited or directed
in favor of a group or authority.
Syrian Future Movement The institutions of the republican state are considered democratic
in their structures and methods, and their democracy is a modern religious,
, value, humanitarian, educational and national value that helps in controlling the behavior of both the ruler
and the ruled.
