Urban Development

This primarily involves rebuilding cities, villages, and infrastructure that were destroyed by the former regime. It begins with urban and housing planning and general infrastructure development. It also includes a focus on the geographic redistribution of the population to align with the quantitative and qualitative aspects of human resources and national security requirements, by attracting residents, skilled individuals, and capable professionals to less densely populated and more resource-abundant provinces.

Urban development is accompanied by the development of roads, transportation, communications, public services, and tourism.
