This is accompanied by encouragement for both domestic and foreign programmed and fortified investment.
It is essential to define: fiscal policy, monetary policy, trade policy, local and foreign investment, wage structure reform, unemployment issues, illiteracy, childhood, child labor, social justice (individual, family, community), orphans, people with special needs, youth, religious institutions (educational and charitable), places of worship, and so on.
