The Syrian Future Movement, in collaboration with the White Fingers team, began a communication skills training session at their headquarters in A‘azaz, Syria. The training lasted for two days, with sessions of two hours each day, in the second month of 2024, focusing on specific topics presented by the trainer Maisaa Anfleis.
The training included (the concept of communication and interaction and the difference between them – the basic elements and factors of communication and interaction – levels of communication and interaction – the art of reaching minds – the impact of body language on the communication and interaction process – barriers to communication and interaction – causes and means of resistance – types of resistors – skills for change in the communication and interaction process – skills for successful remote communication and interaction).
The Scientific Office of the Syrian Future Movement continues its scientific support training for youth in various fields with the aim of empowering them and preparing them for the job market, providing them with numerous skills that increase their chances of obtaining employment and a profession that makes them active and productive members of society instead of merely consumers.
