“One Pulse” Association for Strengthening Turkish-Syrian Relations (We Are Strong Together)

At the invitation of the (Interim Administrative Committee), Dr. Zaher Baadarani, President of the Syrian Future Movement and a member of the Advisory Committee, attended the tenth session on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at the headquarters of the Iqra Association in the Fatih area, Istanbul.

The attendance was as follows:

Dr. Mohammed Ramadan, the head of the Interim Administrative Committee, opened the session, welcoming the attendees and expressing his gratitude to Mr. Arjan Sari, the president of the Iqra Association, for providing the meeting place for two or three months. Then Dr. Mohammed Ramadan spoke about forming an interim administration council consisting of eleven members, and that a general assembly meeting would be held soon.

Mr. Nouras Al-Arfi, the media officer, discussed the media office’s role in highlighting all the club’s activities, committees, and offices. He stated, “Our communication with the public and followers should be in both Turkish and Syrian languages, and we should include real Turkish members in the club, not just naturalized Syrians.
We aim to have a website and electronic pages on Facebook, Telegram, and others as available to us now, with future developments in the media office’s work.”

The discussion involved renaming the Syrian Turkish Club to a name acceptable to both the Turkish and Syrian sides and suitable for the logo. The unanimous decision was on the following name:
“One Pulse”
Association for Strengthening Turkish-Syrian Relations
“We Are Strong Together”
Bir Nabız
Türk ve Suriye Halkının İlişkilerini Güçlendirme Derneği
BİRLİKTE GÜÇLÜYÜZ.

Mr. Omar Shahrour, the Secretary-General, requested Turkish nationals among the attendees to submit their documents for licensing procedures.
