Podcast Syrian Future Movement (2): Why was the movement founded?

As the military confrontations between the Assad regime and the rebels gained momentum, especially in the first two years, the confrontations were confined to the two sides. In other words, there were no external countries (global or regional) involved in the battles.
We found it necessary to build an organizational structure that gathers civilians (unarmed) and directs them to create a useful integration between civilian and military activities, in order to achieve the revolution’s first goal of overthrowing the Syrian regime.
We were aware that our battle would be long, and that wars, even if prolonged, would eventually lead to political solutions.

We aspire for the current to be a major player in it.
