Press release on repeated airstrikes on Jisr al-Shughur in western Syria

Our people in Jisr al-Shughour and its displaced residents spent a terrifying night yesterday, bringing to mind similar massacres committed by the Syrian regime against them, forcing them to leave their land and homes, the most recent of which occurred a few days ago.

The Syrian Future Movement holds the international community responsible for the Assad regime’s continued targeting of civilians and their villages, disregarding international agreements and UN resolutions.

The Syrian Future Movement believes that the continued targeting of defenseless civilians threatens the current relative stability, increases suffering and its inevitable negative consequences, and opens the door to waves of internal and external migration, particularly towards neighboring Türkiye.

The Syrian Future Movement believes that our duty lies (at the very least) in shedding light on all the crimes of the Syrian regime (within an archive that the movement is preparing and preserving) of all the massacres that have been or are being committed against our people inside, in preparation for bringing them to justice at the hands of our free people demanding freedom and change.
