Regulatory Office

It is the body responsible for managing and organizing the internal structure of the Syrian Future Movement, and overseeing the proper functioning of its institutions. This ensures adherence to the movement’s constitution, bylaws, and approved regulations, and enhances performance efficiency and harmony among its various components.

The organizational office’s responsibilities include:

– Overseeing the implementation of the movement’s constitution, bylaws, and internal regulations.

– Organizing and developing the administrative and organizational structure.

– Managing membership affairs, receiving, reviewing, and processing membership applications according to established procedures.

– Maintaining and regularly updating organizational records and data.

– Coordinating work among the various offices, branches, and bodies within the movement.

– Monitoring the implementation of organizational decisions and directives issued by the relevant authorities.

– Preparing organizational plans that support the movement’s goals and programs.

– Monitoring members’ compliance with approved regulations and policies.

– Overseeing organizational expansion and the establishment of new branches and committees when needed.

– Developing organizational training and development programs for staff and members.

– Promoting a culture of institutional work and organizational discipline.

– Developing mechanisms for internal communication and coordination among the movement’s various levels. – Preparing periodic organizational reports and statistics.

– Proposing necessary amendments and improvements to organizational systems and procedures.

– Monitoring and evaluating organizational performance and submitting recommendations for its improvement.

– Working to solidify the movement’s general approach and its intellectual and organizational principles, making them the guiding framework for the work of its institutions and personnel.

The role of the organizational office is manifested through the activities of the office director and staff in managing membership affairs, monitoring branches and offices, overseeing the implementation of organizational systems and decisions, organizing institutional development and training programs, and promoting adherence to the movement’s methodology and general vision. This contributes to building an effective and organized political institution capable of achieving its goals efficiently and sustainably.

It also subsequently undertakes the management and supervision of internal elections and organizational processes.
