Presidency Office

It is the body responsible for supporting the President of the Syrian Future Movement and enabling him to exercise his responsibilities and powers as stipulated in the internal regulations. It serves as the executive and administrative support center for the Presidency, responsible for coordinating its work and following up on the implementation of its directives and decisions, thus ensuring the smooth functioning of the institution and the achievement of the Movement’s goals and strategic vision.

The duties of the Presidency Office include the following:

– Managing and organizing all work and affairs related to the President of the Movement.

– Monitoring the implementation of the President’s directives and decisions and ensuring their communication to the relevant authorities.

– Coordinating the Presidency’s work with the main offices, branches, and various departments.

– Preparing agendas for presidential meetings and following up on their outcomes.

– Organizing official invitations and correspondence for the Presidency.

– Preparing and drafting presidential speeches, addresses, and messages.

– Preparing congratulatory messages, condolences, statements, and official correspondence issued by the Presidency.

– Overseeing the issuance of appointment, assignment, and dismissal decisions, as well as official letters issued by the President of the Movement.

– Monitoring agreements, memoranda of understanding, covenants, and charters to which the Movement is a party, in coordination with the relevant authorities. – Organizing official meetings, gatherings, and visits for the head of the movement, both within and outside Syria.

– Receiving delegations, dignitaries, and official guests, and arranging their meetings.

– Managing and organizing the protocols and ceremonies of the presidency.

– Documenting, archiving, and maintaining official records of the head of the movement’s activities.

– Preparing the necessary files, reports, and summaries to support the work of the head of the movement and decision-making.

– Monitoring the implementation of the Executive Committee’s decisions and recommendations related to the presidency.

– Overseeing coordination between the presidency and various official, civil, and political entities.

– Contributing to promoting the vision and public positions of the head of the movement, in coordination with the relevant offices.

– Preserving the historical and institutional records and documents of the presidency.

The role of the Presidential Office is manifested through the activities of its director and staff in organizing the activities of the movement’s leader, including meetings and correspondence; preparing official documents, speeches, and decisions; monitoring the implementation of presidential directives; receiving delegations and public figures; and coordinating the presidency’s institutional relations. This ensures the effective performance of the movement leader’s duties as the primary official, spokesperson, and legal and political representative of the Syrian Future Movement, reflecting the movement’s stature, vision, and national objectives.

Furthermore, the Presidential Office serves as the central link between the movement’s leader and its various components, guaranteeing the smooth flow of presidential directives and decisions and their transformation into effective institutional action plans and follow-up.
