The Syrian Future Movement believes that the beginning of a new year always presents an opportunity to reflect on the past and look towards the future. In light of the challenges facing our beloved homeland, the Syrian Future Movement reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the goals of the peaceful Syrian revolution, which was launched in defense of dignity, freedom, and justice. We also reaffirm our commitment to building state institutions after the fall of Assad, within the framework of three pillars: liberation, empowerment, and reconstruction.
The Syrian Future Movement envisions the Syria of the future as a free, unified, and independent Syria, founded on the principles of a modern, progressive, and civil state that respects human rights, guarantees equal citizenship for all its citizens without discrimination, and preserves the unity of its land and people, while rejecting all forms of dictatorship and foreign occupation.
The Syrian Future Movement calls for strengthening comprehensive national dialogue and unifying efforts to achieve civil peace and a peaceful transition to a state of law and institutions that guarantees transitional justice and genuine national reconciliation. We hope that 2026 will bring new hope to our patient and resilient people, and that it will be a year of prosperity and progress towards building the new Syria we all aspire to.
