Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement, the authority vested in the President of the Movement, and the requirements of the public interest,
It is hereby resolved as follows:
Mr. Haidar Zaki Al-Hammadi, a Syrian national, born in Al-Mayadin in 1955, is hereby appointed as Director of the Popular Base Office of the Syrian Future Movement for a term of five (5) months, effective from the date of issuance of this Order, renewable as required by the interests of the Movement.
He shall be entrusted with the following duties:
To supervise and organize the affairs of the Popular Base Office, develop its organizational and administrative structure, oversee its activities and programs, and strengthen the Office’s role in accordance with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and its national and developmental vision.
To conduct the necessary consultations among the members of the Popular Base Office to nominate a Deputy Director of the Office, in coordination with the Presidency Office, and to submit the appropriate recommendations for approval in accordance with the established procedures.
To propose the establishment of the departments and committees of the Popular Base Office as needed, recommend the appointment of their heads, keep the Presidency Office informed of such proposals, prepare the Office’s operational plan, and submit weekly and monthly reports, together with recommendations and proposals concerning the Office’s work to the Presidency Office.
To maintain continuous coordination with the Presidency Office, remain informed of developments and programs related to the Office’s work, expand the Movement’s popular base, strengthen community engagement, attract qualified community leaders and national talents, prepare studies and reports on community conditions, and promote cooperation and integration among the Movement’s principal offices.
To comply with the Bylaws of the Syrian Future Movement and with all policies, directives, and decisions issued by the Presidency Office and the Executive Committee.
This Order shall be communicated to all concerned for implementation.
