Based on the provisions of the Internal Regulations of the Syrian Future Movement, the powers vested in the Movement’s President, and the requirements of the public interest,
We hereby decide the following:
Dr. Muhammad Adnan Nour El-Din Al-Barsha, a Syrian national, born in Damascus in 1990, is appointed Director of the Medical Office of the Syrian Future Movement until the end of this year, effective from the date of this decision. This appointment is renewable as deemed necessary.
He is entrusted with the following duties:
- He will oversee the management and organization of the Medical Office, work to develop its organizational and administrative structure, monitor its operations and activities, and work to activate the office’s role in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the Syrian Future Movement and its humanitarian and developmental vision.
- He will conduct the necessary consultations among the members of the Medical Office to select an assistant to the Director, in coordination with the Movement’s leadership, and submit appropriate proposals for approval according to established procedures.
- The head of the Medical Office proposes the formation of departments and committees as needed, and suggests appointing their heads, while informing the movement’s leadership. They are also responsible for preparing a work plan for the office, submitting weekly and monthly reports, and providing recommendations and proposals related to the office’s work to the movement’s leadership.
- The head of the Medical Office is committed to continuous coordination with the movement’s leadership, staying informed about developments and programs relevant to the office’s work, expanding the base of medical personnel affiliated with the movement, and preparing health-related research, studies, and articles to achieve integration and cooperation among the movement’s main offices.
- The head of the Medical Office is committed to the provisions of the Syrian Future Movement’s internal regulations, and to the policies, directives, and decisions issued by the movement’s leadership and the Executive Committee.
This decision shall be communicated to all relevant parties for implementation.
