On the tenth anniversary of the founding of the Jisr Center for Studies, the Syrian Future Movement extends its warmest congratulations to the center’s administration and all its research and administrative staff. We commend the pioneering role the center has played over the past decade in deconstructing the complex Syrian landscape, producing sound knowledge, and offering insights that have contributed to guiding political and intellectual decision-making.
Experience has proven that research centers are a national necessity in times of transformation and a strategic tool for developing public policies and formulating comprehensive national narratives.
From this perspective, the Syrian Future Movement emphasizes the importance of strengthening the presence of these centers within the Syrian landscape. It also calls for expanding the network of research centers and activating cooperation and integration among them, moving beyond narrow competition and serving the higher national interest.
Believing in the importance of institutional research, the Research and Studies Department of the Syrian Future Movement announces its full readiness to cooperate with all Syrian research centers, both inside and outside the country, within transparent and professional frameworks aimed at producing shared knowledge and providing practical solutions to national challenges.
The Syrian Future Movement calls for the launch of a unified roadmap or joint methodology among Syrian research centers, built on scientific foundations, taking into account the specificities of the current phase, and contributing to the unification of research efforts towards clear national goals.
In this context, the Syrian Future Movement believes that the time has come to explore the possibility of establishing a syndicate or umbrella organization for Syrian research centers. This body would serve as a coordinating and professional body, guaranteeing the independence of these centers, enhancing their influence in decision-making, and solidifying their role as a fundamental component in building the modern Syrian state.
