Visiting the “Syrian Eye” media platform

As part of the Syrian Future Movement’s support for free and independent media initiatives, Dr. Zaher Badran, head of the Syrian Future Movement, visited the editorial office of the “Syrian Eye” platform in Damascus, where he was received by Ms. Samira Al-Masalma, the platform’s editor-in-chief.

The meeting addressed the ongoing preparations for the official launch of the platform across Syria, enabling it to fulfill its role in reporting on societal issues and highlighting the concerns of the nation and its citizens from a professional and independent journalistic perspective.

It was emphasized that the platform is a private media outlet and is not affiliated with any government entity.

Dr. Badran was also briefed on the pilot efforts underway to establish an effective media infrastructure for the platform. The two sides discussed prospects for joint cooperation between the Movement and the platform, aiming to strengthen free Syrian media and exchange expertise to support the independent national media landscape.

Dr. Zaher Badran was accompanied on this visit by Mr. Jumaa Muhammad Lahib, Director of the Research and Studies Department at the Syrian Future Movement’s Scientific Office.
