Statement from the Media Office of the Syrian Future Movement at the Central Ceremony Commemorating the First Anniversary of the Victory of the Syrian Revolution and the Fall of the Assad Regime
Members and Staff of the Syrian Future Movement
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
On this glorious day, all Syrians stand on the soil of a homeland liberated from tyranny, finally able to reclaim its sovereignty and dignity.
The first anniversary of victory and liberation is not merely a passing milestone, but rather the embodiment of the will of a people who believed in their right to freedom and persevered until they achieved it despite the most formidable challenges.
Here, the Syrian Future Movement, both its leadership and its members, affirms that this victory is the fruit of the sacrifices of millions of Syrians, and a shared pledge among all the sons and daughters of the nation that Syria will remain a single, unified state, a place where there is no room for revenge, no space for hatred, but rather a homeland that embraces all under the umbrella of justice and the rule of law.
The Syrian Future Movement, as it celebrates this momentous anniversary with its people, sends clear messages to the new national era, pledging its full support for the path of a modern, unified state. We affirm that the state’s success in reconstruction and the consolidation of stability is a collective responsibility shared by all Syrians.
Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of protecting civil peace and national unity, recognizing that this moment is one of unity, not division; of building, not destruction; and of strengthening the internal peace upon which nations are built. We will remain advocates of love and peace, and bearers of the banner of moderation and national unity.
We reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the issues facing our society. We declare unequivocally that the Syrian Future Movement remains steadfast in its support of the people, addressing the cases of the missing and released detainees,
supporting affected families,
defending workers, farmers, and small business owners,
empowering youth and women, and establishing social justice.
Then, the responsible national media, in the media office of the Syrian Future Movement, affirms our commitment to being the voice of truth, a bridge of communication between the state and society, upholding the principles of transparency and openness, and combating all discourse that incites hatred or attempts to tear apart our national fabric.
Today, as Syria celebrates its first victory, we renew our pledge that the Syrian Future Movement will remain a balanced intellectual and political force, believing in dialogue, working to bridge any divide, and supporting every sincere national effort aimed at building the new Syria, a state of justice, freedom, and citizenship.
On this momentous anniversary, we salute all those who sacrificed, all those who persevered, and all those who believed that Syria deserves freedom.
We affirm that the path to the future begins with the belief that what unites us as Syrians is far greater than what divides us.
May Syria remain free and strong every year, and may our people draw ever closer to peace and progress.
