- Integrating the values of animal welfare into the new Syrian system by incorporating them into educational curricula and activating the role of the media in spreading environmental and ethical awareness.
- Calling on the Syrian government and relevant institutions to effectively accede to relevant international agreements, most notably the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and activating cooperation with relevant international organizations.
- Launching national programs for animal protection, including supporting shelters, developing deterrent legislation against animal abuse, and providing veterinary care in affected areas.
- Encouraging community initiatives that promote a culture of compassion and support volunteer work in the field of animal protection, especially in rural and marginalized areas.
