The Syrian Future Movement expresses its strong condemnation of the assault on Judge “Ahmad Haskal” while performing his judicial duties in the city of Aleppo on May 24, 2025. Here, we emphasize the importance of ensuring full protection for judges in performing their duties and not allowing any form of encroachment on the dignity of the judiciary.

We also warn against being drawn into malicious rumors that aim to tarnish the image of the Syrian judiciary and call on all relevant parties to take responsibility for upholding the values of justice and judicial independence.
