The Syrian Future Movement awarded certificates to the participants who completed the “Human Resources Management” training, which was held on 2025-04-23 in the city of A‘azaz, Syria, through in-person sessions conducted at the Syrian Future Movement office – opposite Al-Safa Bakery. The training spanned several sessions and targeted those interested in human resources management, workers in administrative sectors, and those wishing to develop their professional skills.
The training aimed to provide participants with basic knowledge and skills in the field of human capital management, within specific topics delivered by the trainers, including:
- Concepts of modern human resources management
- Human resources planning and job analysis
- Recruitment and staffing of talents
- Professional training and development
- Performance evaluation and employee motivation
- Compensation and benefits management
- Labor laws and regulations
Practical applications and case studies were also implemented under the supervision of specialized trainers, to enhance the participants’ capabilities and qualify them in a professional manner that contributes to community service and the development of institutional performance.
