The Syrian Future Movement held a new training titled “Human Resources Management” on 2025-04-23 in the city of A‘azaz – across from Al-Safa Bakery.
The training targeted individuals interested in human resources management, employees in administrative sectors, and those wishing to develop their professional skills.
Training Objective:
To equip participants with fundamental knowledge and skills in the field of human capital management, in accordance with the latest approved methods and techniques.
Training Type:
In-person, where participants attended the sessions directly at the training venue over four consecutive sessions, starting daily at 3:00 p.m.
The training covered the following topics:
- Modern concepts of human resources management
- Human resource planning and job analysis
- Talent attraction and recruitment
- Training and career development
- Performance evaluation and employee motivation
- Compensation and benefits management
- Labor laws and regulations
Practical applications and case studies were also conducted under the supervision of specialized trainers, and participants were awarded an accredited certificate at the conclusion of the training.
