  1. We consider the army’s budget, armament, and funding subject to the opinion of an elected parliamentary majority and through transparent programs that prevent corruption, waste, and the inflation of military units at the expense of others.
  2. We support the cooperation of the military institution with its counterparts in the international community to establish global peace and security. We also see the necessity of security and intelligence cooperation with regional countries in particular and the international community in general, while emphasizing the need to inform the political authority of all security movements.
  3. The role of the security and intelligence apparatus is to gather and analyze the necessary information to protect the security of the country and the citizen.
  4. Ending the practice of arrest, imprisonment, and the like, without special judicial authorization, and only in cases related to national and national security.
