Podcast Syrian Future Movement (45): Citizen’s Right from the Current’s Perspective

  • We believe in the value of the individual citizen, regardless of his religion and habit, and all citizens under the roof of the homeland are equal in rights, duties and freedoms, differentiated by useful work and service to the homeland, and differentiated by production and usefulness.
  • Everyone who holds Syrian nationality has rights and duties, without discrimination or preference.
  • It is the duty of the state to secure and safeguard the rights of citizens, without fail.
  • Citizens have political rights that are considered a priority, starting with the right to express an opinion, to lead the political scene, or to create a political bloc loyal to or opposed to the government.
  • We reject any idea or project that compromises individual freedom or makes it available to some but not others.
  • A citizen has the right to live in his homeland, free, dear and dignified, in a way that makes him proud of it, not selling his belonging or substituting it for another.
