  1. It is a true expression of a healthy relationship between the state and the citizenry.
  2. The success of the principle of citizenship depends on the condition of fulfilling the required duties in parallel with the attainment of rights, freely and with absolute conviction, within an inclusive social contract.
  3. Successful citizenship is based on the principle of promoting individual freedom in a near-absolute manner, except as restricted by elected law, so it requires a fully democratic system.
  4. Sound and healthy citizenship leads to full equality among citizens, without categorizing them into ranks, or dividing them into grades.
  5. The depth of the Syrian crisis today is an inevitable consequence of the lack of healthy citizenship.
  6. We are betting on the maturity of the Syrian people’s consciousness after the Syrian revolution in establishing the culture of citizenship within the basics of their social consciousness.
