The Syrian Future Movement completed a new training course in “English Language Level 1” in October 2024.
☆ The training targeted a number of trainees from university students, totaling 20 trainees of both genders, with an average of 5 training hours distributed over 6 days.
☆ The aim and purpose of launching the training was to build the capacities of Syrian youth in the field of English language and to acquire new skills in speaking English.
☆ Type of training: In-person, as the trainees were present at the Syrian Future Movement’s office in the city of A‘azaz, northern Aleppo, where they learned the following skills:
- General sentences
- Basic rules
- Phrasal verbs
- Tenses
- Daily English
The training concluded at the end of the sixth day and achieved its objectives through a survey of the trainees evaluating the training: location, educational material, and trainer.
The results were positive, with each trainee writing their evaluation on a feedback form that included positives and negatives of the training, as well as the challenges faced.
